LIC Share Future :
LIC is a cash rich company, it does not have any kind of debt due to which the company is free to take its decisions.
The ROE of this company is excellent at 82.32% and RoCE at 82.50% which shows how strong the financial condition of the company is.
The company manages assets worth Rs 39 lakh crore. This is much more than the entire mutual fund industry. Along with this, the company invests the funds in stocks and bonds.
At present, despite so much competition in this sector, the company has more than 62% market share. As per the latest data, its total AUM (Asset under management) is Rs 39 lakh crore.
Life Insurance Corporation of India is gradually moving forward in selling policies online, this shows how diligent the company is in its business, hence the future of the shares of this company is going to be very good.
Risk of LIC Share:
Insurance is a competitive market, as competition is increasing in this market, LIC’s market share is also decreasing. If we talk about the year 1991, at that time the company had 95% share in the market.
But by the year 2022, the stake of this company has reduced to only about 60%, which remains a matter of concern.
The company has shown growth of only 2.96% in the last 5 years which is very less as compared to other companies.
The company works completely under government ownership, hence not much attention is paid towards its growth due to which the profits of the company are decreasing.
Most of the company’s money is invested in government companies. Due to which, if government companies go bankrupt, LIC’s money also goes bankrupt, hence the RIC remains in its shares.
my opinion:-
LIC is another name for trust. LIC has strengthened its brand so much that people trust it together. This company is one of the largest and oldest companies in India in the field of insurance, so there can be no doubt about its way of doing business.
Ever since the pandemic, people have become more interested in insurance, so there is no doubt that the insurance market is going to become huge in the coming years.
In my opinion, if you invest in LIC shares now, you will get good returns in the coming years.
